EARLEY GHOULISH GALA
Event Highlights
The annual Ghoulish Gala is the premiere Halloween party in the Tri-State area. With upscale Halloween décor, guests will enjoy a unique event that includes dancing with DJ Nin, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and signature cocktails. Guest admission also includes the "BOOS" Stations. Event enhancing additions include Halloween Costume Contest and new Tricky Tray this year. Gala is for adults only, 21 and up. Costumes are required.
Event History
The Earley Ghoulish Gala is in its 8th official year. The annual Halloween party was started in 2010 by Garn and Shanna Earley in their home. It became a "never miss" gathering of friends complete with the BOOS stations. After the passing of Garn, Shanna decided to continue the annual tradition in his memory as a fundraiser to benefit a worthy cause. The event continues to grow and is sold out annually due to overwhelming community support. Some of the original decor and signature "Earley" traditions can still be found throughout the venue.
Beneficiary for 2024 Event
The beneficiary for 2024 is the Feed for Success Backpack Program. More than 1 in 5 children in West Virginia are food insecure. Many families struggle to provide children the nutrition they need to thrive. This program provides food to local children at risk for hunger on the weekends. Bags filled with food are placed discreetly in school backpacks weekly every Friday. Please consider supporting the Gala and Feed for Success to help keep those weekend backpacks filled with food.
2024 Event Details
The Ghoulish Gala will be held on October 19, 2024 at the Pepsi Cola Roadhouse in Burgettstown, PA. The 5 hour event starts at 7:00 PM. Cash bar available.
